Elisa Bertaglia’s paintings have been exhibited internationally at institutions including the Guggenheim Collection in Venice, the Centro Cultural Borges in Buenos Aires, MANA Contemporary in Jersey City, Sunny Art Centre in London, and the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Saitama, Japan. She has participated in the 54th Venice Biennale and in the Borca project. In 2009, she was awarded a teaching fellowship within the Painting Department of the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, where she completed her postgraduate degree in Painting that same year. She lives and works between Rovigo, Milan, and New York.
