TOILETPAPER is an artist magazine founded in 2010 by Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari, born from a shared passion for images. Without text and without advertising, each photograph begins with a simple idea that, through a complex collaborative process, becomes the materialisation of the artists’ visions: a hyper-stylised and unsettling imaginary that combines the vernacular of commercial photography with Surrealist and Pop references. TOILETPAPER’s images have appeared in major international art magazines and in special editions of Vice and Hunger. The project has expanded through collaborations with Kenzo, Seletti, and other global brands, becoming one of the most recognisable visual identities in contemporary culture.
