Lucio La Pietra

Lucio La Pietra’s practice unfolds at the intersection of visual art, video installation, and design. He founded the graphic design studio Studio Duepiù, the video production company Produzioni Lume, and the fablab Opendot. His video installations have been exhibited at institutions including MAXXI Rome, MAGA Museum in Gallarate, Triennale Milano, the Power Station of Art in Shanghai, CIAC Foligno, and the FRAC Centre in Orléans. In 2015, he won first prize in the open call of the Video Sound Art Festival in Milan. He has taught at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts and the Creative Academy in Milan. He graduated in Design from the Politecnico di Milano and lives and works in Milan.
