Gregory Bae’s practice spans painting and installation, developing a personal visual universe that engages with American culture and with international residency experiences, including Fountainhead in Miami, Cheongju Art Studio, and the Seoul Museum of Art. He has presented solo exhibitions in both the United States and Italy. He graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design and completed further studies at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He lives and works in Chicago.
