Nina Carini’s painting extends into fluid and multidimensional forms of expression—including installation, performance, and video—in which questions of identity, infinity, and the sacred constitute a constant presence. These themes are articulated through language and through an exploration of intimate modes of communication in which poetry plays a central role. Her intellectual and visual framework draws from psychology, sociology, theatre, and cinema. Her work has been exhibited in national museums and international galleries, and she has undertaken residencies abroad, including at the ENSBA in Lyon. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Verona and later specialised at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts. She lives and works between Milan and Geneva.
