Kristian Sturi

Kristian Sturi’s practice places the viewer in the impossibility of a static and definitive vision. Only through movement, shifting position, and fragmenting the unity of perception do material and volume reveal themselves fully. Sturi moves fluidly between the production of glazed ceramic objects with tribal and erotic forms and a visual practice employing glitter, smoke, and coloured film to expose the limitations of two-dimensional surfaces. He lives and works in Cormons.
