Cecilie Hjelvik Andersen’s practice is performative in the broadest sense—playful and serious, delicate and raw, dreamlike and realistic—and develops through media deeply intertwined with her own life. She earned a BFA in 2013 and an MA in Visual Arts and Curatorial Studies in 2016 at NABA in Milan. Before and after her studies, she lived and worked in Spain for approximately eight years. She lives and works in Norway.
