Alice Pedroletti’s research addresses the many facets of being and perception through an imaginative approach in which archiving becomes an artistic practice. Her work brings art into dialogue with science, literature, history, memory, and fragmentation, creating a field of resonances between seemingly distant disciplines. She is the founder of ATRII and its Open Archive, preserved at Milan’s Cittadella degli Archivi. Born in Milan, she has lived and worked in the Netherlands, the United States, and China. She currently lives and works between Milan and Berlin.
